DEMCAD: Martial Law in America!

Martial Law in America!

By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

I've hear many people talk about martial law in America and I've never fully understood what people meant by it. By martial law, I assume that most people are referring to a military takeover of legal jurisdiction within the United States. They are probably also referring to tanks and humvees rolling down the streets of towns to enforce a curfew. So I'm going to talk about the practicality of a nation wide martial law. If there is a major crisis that sends the entire country into chaos, it would highly unlikely that the U.S. military will be able to enforce a lock-down of the entire nation.

Even if the military manages to acquire all 1.5 million reserves and utilize 1 million of it's total 1.5 million personnel in the Navy, Army, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard, it would struggle to control 308-310 million citizens in a land mass of 9,161,966 sq km.

You can confirm these numbers by looking at the U.S. Census or CIA World fact book.

Even this scenario is incredibly optimistic, because it assumes that 100% of the national guard and Army reserves will show up when the dollar has crash and they're worried about their families. The 1.5 million number doesn't even factor in the fact that many of these people are overseas fighting (in Iraq and Afghanistan) and serving on one of the 700 military bases in 130 foreign countries. So if the dollar collapses and the nation erupts into chaos, will the military be able to ship them home quick enough? I doubt.

But let's say the military pulls off a miracle.
Youtube viewer caninecoach writes,

"Don't forget about the millions of Militarized Local and State police."

First of all, American law enforcement numbers are not as strong as some of you think. According to the BLS (bureau of Labor Statistics), there were only 883,600 law enforcement personnel in 2008. And that was before the financial collapse and subsequent layoffs in local departments across the nation. The number included detectives, managers, police and sheriff's patrol officers.

So when you add the 2,500,000 soldiers and the 883,000 law enforcement, you have a force of 3.3 million agents. This is less than one percent of America's highly-armed population. Most of these agents will be working logistics and support for handling prisoners, transportation, intelligence and supply. But this isn't even the biggest problem.

The police are used to dealing with people who are afraid of them and have something to lose. In a collapse scenario, the rioters will lack both characteristics. And the military will be poorly suited to police a populace that is desperation for resources. If the soldiers became violent against the population, they could divide the armed forces and spark a civil war. Moreover, Iraq and Afghanistan has shown us that the U.S. military is not invisible and that guerrilla warfare tactics can be deployed successfully against a high-tech army.

Personally, I wouldn't be interested in war of any kind. I don't like violence and I don't want to see people get hurt. But I feel strongly about my opinion and there are facts to back it up. It would be very difficult for the U.S. military to successfully implement martial law throughout the entire country at any given time. This would mean that they would have to secure hundred of thousands of neighborhoods, while securing all major airports, power stations, communication towers, water facilities, nuclear power plants, military bases, food distribution center, grocery stores, government official buildings and highways while keeping everyone in their homes after 6pm.

Bringing in foreign troops would problematic, because if the U.S. is in a panic, wouldn't the other countries that are so heavily tied to America also have their own problems. Plus, we know how well foreign occupations went in Afghanistan, Vietnam and Iraq.

In conclusion, a military lock-down of the entire country at any given time would be impossible with the assistance of foreign troops. Adding foreign troops would increase the manpower, but severely damage the credibility of the force. Such a situation would encourage more violence against the martial law force. The U.S. government may attempt to lock the country down, but it would end in failure and possibility set the stage for a civil war. Many people assume that the population's current malaise will mean little resistance to martial law, but they fail to understand human nature. If there is a crisis situation, your biggest danger maybe the people around you. World renowned trends researcher Gerald Celente said it best, "When people lose everything and have nothing to lose, they lose it."

The Day of Reckoning

It's Christmas Eve and by now, it should be obvious that the writing is on the wall. It's just a matter of time until people will be forced to acknowledge it. You can bury your head in the sand, but it's not going to stop the coming tidal wave. Even CBS' 60 Minutes is reporting on the obvious. 'State Budgets - Day of Reckoning' is a summary of the deficit crises escalating. The only reason why they haven't completely collapsed is because they have been living off of the federal stimulus money. But the money is going and the jobs aren't coming.

The state governments have spent a half of trillion dollars more than they received in tax revenue and their pension funds are one trillion dollars underfunded. In Prichard, Alabama, the local government simply ran out of money and stopped issuing checks. It didn't matter that the state law required the town to pay the pension checks. The town was flat broke and there was no money. Retired fire fighters and cops found themselves in their 50s and 60s without an income.

Mimi Ash returned home from ski trip and discovered that the bank changed the locks and took everything she owned. I'm seeing extremely troubling patterns in unemployment, foreclosures and housing. One-third more Americans are living in multi-generational homes.

Translation:
People are losing their financial independence.

We now have over 42.9 million Americans collecting unemployment and nearly 1/5 of the population unemployed. The OE2 (printing dollars) is only going to weaken the dollar and step the stage for an even greater crisis. As many of you know, I am a personality on Youtube and I have been warning people about this larger economic crisis for the last two years. I have been warning you guys about the inevitable collapse. If you are a causal reader or viewer, now is the time to stop and consider my words carefully.

The system is unsustainable and its collapse is inevitable. If you don't have water storage, grab every bottle you can full it with clean water. If you don't have any food storage, go to Walmart and buy a 25 pound bag of wheat, rice and Pinto beans. I also recommend black eye peas and Oatmeal, because you can use these supplies to create meals. You need to buy canned fruit (to mix with the oatmeal), canned soup and harsh beef to mix with the rice.

Legally buy a gun and learn how to use it. I recommend a shotgun. I recommend a pump action 12 GA, because they are dependable and cost effective. Look at the Mossberg 5000 and Remington 870. You may also want to get a 22lr rifle for hunting. Grab plenty of ammo and stop preparing now.

Good luck!

My Predictions for 2011

By Reginald Kaigler

It's that time of the year when I uncover my expectations for the upcoming year. My predictions are more like expectations, because I don't claim to be a psychic. I simply use current events to forecast (okay, guess) future trends. Before I talk about what I expect for 2011, let's take about my 2010 predictions. First, I was mostly wrong about the currency crisis escalating and I'm glad. I am not prepared for the currency crisis. I was wrong about the timing, but the current fiscal fiasco and reckless dollar printing by the Federal Reserve makes a currency crisis (most likely hyperinflation) inevitable. Because this currency crisis didn't unfold in 2010, my predictions of 400 banks failing, a FDIC bankruptcy, 12% U3 unemployment and $1,700 gold did not come to pass.

However, the recent QE2 by the Federal Reserve, the extreme deficits by the federal government (e.g. $150 Billion in November), the ever-expanding budget through legislation (e.g. ObamaCare) and fiscal insolvency of states (like California) pretty makes bakes a currency crisis in the cake.

Some of my predictions that came to pass were my expectation of a new found civilization, California receiving ballout cash from the federal government, gold and silver continuing to rise and the GOP gains in Congress. So tell me, did 2010 fulfill your expectations. I was wrong about a terrorist attack. That was more of a concern that a prediction. I think as long as the American people remain obedient, the government will not will threaten enough to use a false flag.

Predictions for 2011

As Gerald Celente says, current events form future trends.

Major Medical Breakthrough

In June 2010, U.S. government scientists claimed that they found a naturally occurring antibody that neutralizes 91% of HIV strains. This is by far the most successful antibody yet. They found it in a black gay man. Now, the scientists will have to find a way to help other people produce it. Other scientists believed that they have cured a man of HIV. The patient had both leukemia and HIV, but after a transplant form a donor with a rare mutation in a gene that increases immunity, he has been declared to be cured.

So I expect a major medical breakthrough in HIV, Cancer or Alzheimer's disease. It will be the basis for a cure.

Docs Claim Transplant Cured Man of HIV, But Experts Urge Caution

Advance in Quest for HIV Vaccine

Currency Crisis
John Williams (or Shadowstats.com) is not only predicting hyperinflation, but major price increases in 2011. That is not surprise, giving the continued rise in food, precious and oil prices. If the dollar crisis hits full speed in 2011, we will see at least 300 banks fail, a FDIC bailout or bankruptcy, unemployment soar (12% U3 and 19% U6) and states defaulting on their debt. A currency break would creates chaos and lead to a spike in crime. I'm expecting a 5% increase in violent crime.

So here's the list of what I expect in 2011.

Euro Crisis Escalates
At least one country will quit Eurozone: Ireland, Greece and Portugal
Revolution in Europe, but not America

Dollar Crisis
Gold will hit $1,700/oz
Silver will hit $40/oz
Oil will hit $129/barrel

California will default on debt or receive a federal bailout
300 U.S. banks fail
FDIC bankruptcy
Major surge in food prices
U.S. Unemployment will hit 19% U6 (12% U3)
Violent Crime increase by 5% in U.S.

Major Medical Breakthrough (Alzheimer’s Disease or Cancer)
Major breakthrough in nuclear fusion or advanced solar energy
Major Female Artist has a Breakout Year (singer and song-writer)
Los Angeles Lakers will be champs, again!

The world will not end on December 21, 2012
Germany will emerge as an economic and military superpower by 2025
Brazil will be a very powerful world power

Would do you expect for the year 2011?

Big Inflation Within Two Months!

By Reginald Kaigler

Hyperinflation Within Two Months!

Most of you know that John Williams (webmaster of Shadow Government Statistics) has been predicting a hyper-inflationary event in America for awhile. But after John's latest interview, I'm more convinced than ever. He's expecting the beginning of a hyperinflation depression in America. He also believes that prices in food and gas will soar within the next couple of months.

The debt has become unmanageable, the government refuses to address the biggest problems and our decades of foolish monetary policy will lead to an inevitable collapse.

"The economy is still turning down. The solvency crisis is getting worse. The fed is already into qualitative easing 2. And you're beginning to see the effects of inflation from there. And that will eventually evolve into hyperinflation."

I hope I have more time, because I'm not ready for a dollar crisis and I've been preparing for awhile.

Barack Obama is embarrassing!

In other news, Barrack Obama embarrassed himself again when he ditched Bill Clinton at a press conference about his tax deal with Republicans. House Democrats rejected the deal that would extend unemployment benefits for 13 months, while passing all of Bush's tax cuts. Obama excused himself, by saying that he didn't want to keep his wife waiting. He just dipped out.

It was one of the most telling moments of his president, because you couldn't help but wonder how much better off we would be with a more competent president. Is this guy even taking the job seriously?

Does he even care?

Maloney: Credit Bubble Will POP!

Precious metals investment advisor and author ("Guide to Investing in Gold and Silver") Mike Maloney provided some much needed commentary about the current economic crisis. Maloney predicted that Ben Bernanke would overreact to the initial crisis (a threat of deflation) but creating massive inflation. Now, Maloney is convinced that we are seeing this inflation in the stock market. But the big question is when will we see the inflation in other areas such as food. Obviously, we're experiencing inflation in food, but it's nothing compared to the hyperinflation I expected to occur this year.

Interesting enough, Maloney predicted a stock market bounce. He also correctly predicted that the rally will be lead by the banks. In his new video, he explained that we are experiencing monetary deflation (a contraction in M3). So in essence, Mike thinks that we will experience deflation, Bernanke will continue to over-react and print us into hyperinflation.

"All bubbles pop...we are in a credit bubble."

His book "Guide to Investing in Gold and Silver" is mostly a historical look at monetary policy.

"I believe now is the time to get out of the stock market."

SO is this guy just hyping gold and silver, or is he on to something?

Unemployment and Retail Hiring

Unemployment

The unemployment situation is in this country is hitting critical mass. Obama and the Republicans were wise to extend unemployment benefits this week. Not that the extension will help solve the problem, but it will give the federal government more time to deal with the inevitable riots and civil unrest that will follow a complete system breakdown. Many people have argued that the United States is dealing with a deflationary cycle, but anyone who has gone to the gas pump, paid a heating bill or purchased groceries would have seen a spike in prices. Simply put, the price for he crap you don't need (TVs, video game consoles and luxury goods) have gone down, while the prices of the things you do need (food, water and energy), have gone up.

I've seen a big spike in my water bill, groceries and gas. The unemployment situation is getting worse and given the recent disappointing job numbers, it's likely to get worse. according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, U3 unemployment rose to 9.8% in November. More importantly, the more realistic measure stayed at 17% of the population. Almost one-fifth of the population is unemployed, a record 41.8 million people on food stamps,

The government is projecting that an average of 43.3 million people will be on food stamps in the new year that began in Oct, 2010. Sure, many companies claim that they will hire a lot more people for season jobs this holiday season, but you need jobs to get customers with actual money. If there are no jobs, hiring more seasonal people will not help. Sure, the people with seasonal jobs will have more money to spend, but if they are working a seasonal job, they aren't likely to be in a position to spend a lot of money on junk.

The overall situation will not improve. In fact, the Federal Reserve's continued dollar printing fest will only make things worse as the food stamp funds buy less and less food because of the dollar devaluation. It also means that your income will produce less and less for your family, which will further contract the economy.

Retail Hiring

Take a look at the chart below, retailers supposedly hired three times as much people in October for seasonal jobs than they did last year. This is a huge increase that shows that the retailers are much more optimistic. Why are they so optimistic. Last October, the U3 unemployment rate reached 10.2%. Now, it's down to 9.8%. It's a difference, not not enough to justify a three fold increase in hiring. So if these companies really are hiring like crazy and we have 43 million people collecting food stamps, how in the hell are they going to get a massive boast in sales.

Where the hell are the jobs? If you don't have any money, you probably won't be buying much. If the companies are hiring as much as Challenger, Gray & Christmas claims, this January will be an even bigger disappointment, because they spent so much on hiring temps and the customers didn't buy much more. But here's what I think is going on. The companies are trying a different strategy. They are doing most of their hiring early and cutting throughout the holiday season in response to demand. They are learning that it is cheaper to hiring more people now to train properly than to hire and train during a busy season.

Wikileaks: National Security Threat?

Let's get real about the Wikileaks project. Nobody is going to lose their life because of these leaks. The government claimed that the release of the government documents will put people's lives at risk. The State Department Legal Adviser Harold Hongju Koh claimed,

"it would "place at risk the lives of countless individuals."

Really? This is the same government that lied to the American people about weapons of mass destruction to start an unnecessary war in Iraq. The same government that caused the deaths of thousands of U.S. service people, hundreds of thousands of civilian deaths and hundreds of billions of dollars of debt fighting an unjust war in the Middle East.

The same government that lied about how many jobs were created by the stimulus package. The same government that lied about the storage of images taken from full body scanners.

Why would anyone in their right mind believe this government?

Gerald Celente went on FOX News to debate the corporate owned government cheerleaders.

I have been very suspicious of Wikileaks, but not for the reasons that the cable TV hacks are criticizing it. I don't view Wikileaks as a credible threat to the establishment. If the CIA didn't want these cables released, I highly doubt that we would be reading them.

Korea's Divide! My First Rifle!

By Reginald Kaigler (Youtuber DEMCAD)

Korea
Today, Residents of Yeonpyeong Island had told to evacuate as South Korea warns of an attack by South Korea. The order claimed five days after a North Korean artillery attack. The strange thing is that the order was lifted 15 minutes after a resident count. There was only several hundred people left on the island, but something freaked the South Koreans out. Very strange, indeed. So we have tensions building between the Koreas, while the U.S. and South Korea working on military drills. Is this the vest time for a war drill?

My First Rifle

In personal news, I finally decided to buy a rifle. Before today, I had my short-term and home defense covered with my Mossberg 500 pump action shotgun and my Glock 21 (chambered in .45 caliber), but not I have a hunting rifle. It's an economy rifle, but it will get the job done. It's a Mossberg Maverick Bolt Action 30-06 Rifle. I choose 30-06 because it was the most common caliber in my area (Michigan). I needed a gun under 300 that I could add a scope and hit targets at 200 yards. So this was my choice. Now, I need to convince a buddy to go hunting with me. Wish me luck!

DEMCAD: If Disaster Strikes...

By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

No one knows what the future holds, but a wise person hopes for the best and perhaps the worse. I don't know if America will face a dollar crisis, major terrorist attack, financial collapse, economic collapse or an epic natural disaster. But I do know that I want to be prepared for whatever comes my way. Now, I am the first to admit that I am not as prepared as I would like to be. I am a very low-income prepper (one who prepares for emergencies), but I have been making progress over the last 2 years. I started by collecting cans of food.

I didn't go all in, but I did buy some extra cans every time I went to the grocery store. I made sure I had plenty of fruits, vegetables, corn beef harsh, beans, chili, fish and chicken in a can. I never got around to canning my own food, but I've at least set a foundation for my survival. Next, I started to save my V8 bottles and fill them up with water. I stored them in my refrigerator, as I still do, and later bought large containers from Walmart and filled them with water.

The next step was to acquire a firearm. I started off with a Mossberg 500 for home defense and bought a Glock 21 (chambered in .45 caliber) for personal protection.

I also created an emergency bag (aka bug out bag) so that if I ever had to left my home, I would have the basic necessities. I tested some of this gear in the woods of Ketchikan, Alaska, so I know what works and what doesn't.

I used a rope to tie my sleeping bag (rated for 15 degrees) and three person tent to my external frame backpack. Inside the bag, I have a water filter, dry foods, magnesium fire starter, fishing line, fish hook, waterproof matches, a long lighter, small lighters, camp soap, canteen filled with water, knife and a multi-tool.

I'm currently looking for medicines to store. And I'm also considering buying a rifle for hunting. Like I said, my preparation is not perfect, but that doesn't mean that I'm going to sit on my ass and hope everything works out. I'm not saying that you should become a survivalist, but you must take basic steps to protect yourself and your family against disaster.

TSA Revolt! “National Opt Out Day”

Prison Style Search

I love Ron Paul's speech on the TSA power grab. He's introducing new legislation that would make it illegal for government employees to do anything that an ordinary citizen can't do. That means if a TSA does a pad down without probable cause, he or she could get to jail. Paul pretty much hit the nail on the head. Why should the government be involved in security for a private enterprise?

And how safe are these full body scanners? When if they malfunction? Could they expose passengers to unsafe levels of radiation? And why should a TSA worker be allowed to grab someone's testicles without probable cause?

Get ready, November 24th would become the “National Opt Out Day.”

TSA Pushes People Too FAR!

Has the TSA finally crossed?

Actually, they crossed the line a long time ago. Now, the TSA is forcing people to go through a full body scanner that subjects passengers to necessary amounts of radiation. Let's put aside the health threat, which is very real, remember when the U.S. Marshals were busted storing images of people after the government lied its ass off by claiming that the full body scanner photos were always deleted? I do. The U.S. Marshals kept thousands of images of naked people.

Fortunately, people are fighting back. We have DA looking into prosecuting TSA workers, watchdog groups pursuit legal avenues and passengers demanding respect. When a male screener told John Tyler that he was going to inspect his groin, he response became an Internet sensation,

"If you touch my junk, I'm going to have you arrested."

Trends forecaster Gerald Celente appeared on Alex Jones' radio show to tear TSA a new one. It looks like Celente was right about that revolt. Earlier this year, he foresaw a revolt by the American people and this appears to be it. He made a great point about why the American people are finally responding.

"The reason why this is bringing such outrage is because the people are bring directly affected by it. They can feel it. Literally."

Celente continues by arguing that the reason why people were not outraged over the war is because there is no draft and that they were not directly impacted by the war(s).

Try not laugh, but that's what it takes to wake the American people up. They don't care about American soldiers dying in Iraq and Afghanistan for false causes, they don't care about Washington stealing their children's future to feed the greed of the criminal bankers on Wall Street, but if you put your hands down their pants and grab their groin, then they will finally objective.

Frankly, I didn't think people would objective until the bankers were literally threatening to rape their children, but apparently even Americans have their limit. Even the American people have some dignity, albeit, not much.

So is this the beginning of a bold new trend for the American people?

Temptation Can lead to Corruption!

Politico‘s Executive Editor Jim VandeHei went on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” to issue a warning to incoming Congressmen that maybe more important than I first realize. He warned incoming Congressmen to beware of the temptation of Washington. In a nutshell, VandeHei said that a lot of Congressmen (especially unattractive ones) are easily tempted by the attention they receive from young women.

"Especially unattractive members of the Congress who have not had women show attention to them maybe since college. They come here. Power is an aphrodisiac. Suddenly they have women who are interested in them. It’s a temptation some can’t withstand,” VandeHei explained.

Although Joe and Joe were laughing it up, it's important to realize the seriousness of the problem. Because when you think about it, this problem explains partly why Washington is so corrupt.

Imagine some 45 year married guy coming to Washington with a truly noble agenda. He has a daughter in college, a 16 year old son who wants to be a mechanical engineer and a 9 year old who plays soccer. He has kind wife (who weighs 40 pounds more than she did on their Wedding day), a $340,000 mortgage, $40,000/year tuition bill and a load of stress working in the corrupt, bureaucratic nightmare that is Washington. Now, he's probably haven't had a beautiful 21 year old woman talk to him in the last decade.

Suddenly, after 8 months of the Capitol Hill grind, this gorgeous blond approaches him in a lounge. She takes an interest in his work, laughs at his jokes and they share some drinks. She makes him feel strong and intelligent and...manly. She does it with her feminie charms. She has an hourglass figure, long legs, just enough cleavage, a beautiful smile and prefect teeth. The kind of pearly whites you see in a movie star.

They ends up in bed with her and although, he loves his wife, he gives in to this temptation. after all, his wife in Michigan. And it's just him and this unbelievable woman.

Little that he know, this woman is a paid professional. A high end prostitute who works for an operative of The Generic Right Wing Group (a conservative think tank with strong ties to Republican Congressional leadership.) Maybe they have a camera in the hotel room. Or maybe she is just some random young woman who is turned on by power. Women often are drawn to men of power. And men are often stupid. Nevertheless, if someone finds out about the affair, it can be used to control the Congressman. I suspect that this is one of the many ways political parties keep Congressmen (and Congresswomen) in line.

So I second VandeHei's warning. Congressmen, use your head! The bigger one.

Anyway, it looks like the U.S. Postal Service is in danger of becoming an even greater money eater than Fannie Mae. We just found out that the Postal Service lost $8.5 billion in the 2010 fiscal year. Is this year an anomaly?

Not really. The Postal Service lost $2.8 billion in 2008 and $3.8 billion in 2009. The economy is definitely killing the service, but it's a needed service. It's far more useful than Fannie Mae. This is a keep part of the retail economy. For example, Amazon.com is the nation's largest online retailer and it ships a lot of items through USPS, so if the Postal Service dies, a big part of online retail will follow suite.

Benanke! CEASE and DESIST!

By Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

I'm not going to comment on the rumors of a national banking shut down, because I've already made two videos on it, but it does look as if the Federal Reserve has renewed its efforts to destroy America. In addition to the 600 billion dollars of quantitative easing (printing money out of thin air), the Fed will buy 105 billion dollars in treasury notes in December. Basically, the snake is eating its tail.

Blogger Karl Denninger is calling for Bernanke's firing. Unfortunately, the President isn't listening.

Denniger wrote, "I, and a few others, warned you in advance - when you re-nominated this jackass and even before, based on his bald-faced lies to Congress and you, along with his near-perfect record of being dead flat wrong about damn near everything.....Mr. President: Get that ******* out of office NOW."

Obama knew what he was doing when he hired this clown. Obama could have dumped this guy, but he choose to nominate a man who was a proven failure.

Don't take my word for it, read this February 14th, 2008 CNNmoney article "Paulson, Bernanke: Slow growth ahead". At this point, both Bernanke and Paulson claimed that the U.S. economy was going to avoid a recession in 2008. By April, Bernanke had to admit that a recession was possible. Keep in mind, the recession supposedly began in late 2007.

Some think about that as you read Bernanke's words from a April 7th, 2007 Reuter's story,

"Much necessary economic and financial adjustment has already taken place, and monetary and fiscal policies are in train that should support a return to growth in the second half of this year and next year."

Growth in the second half of 2008? WRONG!

He also though that the recession was over in September 2009. And judging by the NBER's definition, he was right. They define a recession as a contradiction in GDP. I'm a realist. I define a recession as a contradiction in jobs, wealth and the standard of life for the majority of the population. If this contradiction lasts more than two years, I call it a depression.

I don't care about GDP when I can't find a job! I don't care about GDP when I have a college degree, own 50,000 dollars and work for 8 dollars per hour! I don't care about GDP when I'm 50 years old and I'm unemployed and living off of my retirement.

Ben Bernanke has been wrong about almost everything. Zero percent interest rates will not save us. Printing money out of thin air will not save us. He's needs to stop before he destroys this nation.

At this point, I think the dollar's collapse is inevitable, but I will second Denniger's call for President Obama to fire Ben Bernanke.

General Tom McInerney: It's a Missile, Not an Airplane!

Former three star General Tom McInerney, refuted the government's claimed that the mystery object was a airplane. As you know, this object appeared to be a missile and let a plume in the sky on November 9th, 2010. McInerney was certain that this was a missile. He appeared on Fox News stating that he has flew planes for 35 years and is certain that the object in question is not a plane. He believes that it was launched from a submarine.

"I am absolutely certain that that is not an aircraft."

NORAD is almost certainly lying. The General believes it could be a U.S. operation.

I think it's a former missile. Probably from China. "Why?" you ask. Because if it were an American secret operation, they wouldn't launch it near one of the biggest cities in America.

Mystery missile was an Airplane?

The U.S. government now claims that the object of the mysterious object off the coast of California on November 9th, 2010 was an airplane.

Dr. Michio Kaku, professor of physics at City University of New York argued that since the object seemed to change directions, it could not be a ballistic missile, because BM can't change directions. Frankly, it didn't seem to change directions in the video I saw.

Former Deputy Secretary of Defense Robert Ellsworth was believed it could have been a test firing of an ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) from a U.S. submarine. Russia Today spoke with Military expert Viktor Mizin about the object and he believed that it was a ballistic missile launched from an underwater submarine.

"I think that it's a great embarrassment by the American military to show that with all of the billions spent on national defense, the United States is vulnerable to these kinds of attacks."

So Was this an accidental missile launch? A show of force from a foreign power? A bullying tactic by the U.S. military?

That flash from the object didn't seem consistent with what I've seem from aircrafts in the past.

Revolutions are Violent!

By Reginald Kaigler (Youtuber DEMCAD)

Political cartoonist Ted Rall is convinced that America needs a revolution. Rall appeared on MSNBC's The Dylan Ratigan Show to discuss the broken political system and the impending need for a radical change. Although, he believes that violence should be the tool of last resort.

Rall said,

"We have a real unemployment rate of almost 20%. The economy is in deep trouble. People are being thrown out of their homes. Over 10 million of them. The planet is in trouble. This is unsustainable."

Damn, right! But the problem is that the American people are too scared to challenge their masters. Look at what's happening at the airports. People are being forced to subject their body's to the radiation of full body x-ray scanners. That couldn't possibly be good for their health. And if they refuse, they are physically violated by TSA workers. Does this strike you as a population that will defend itself?

Let me make myself clear. I never seek violence, but that doesn't mean that I would let anyone take my life away. If the government tries to hurt me, I will do whatever it takes to protect myself. Revolutions are inheritable violent. Revolutions are a power struggle. And government don't give up power. If the people want the power, they will have to reclaim it. I no longer believe in an intellectual revolution. I don't see the Republicans and Democrats or any third party doing anything about this mess. The only question is whether Americans will do something.

"Nothing will radicalize a citizen more than getting thrown out of their home by a bank that just paid its CEO a bigger raise this year than before. Nothing is going to radicalize you more than not being able to feed your kid."

Perhaps, he is right. Maybe people will get angry and stand up to the federal government. But at this point, I doubt it. I think people will get angry and kill one another. Look at what's happening in the black community. Racists cops beat and murder black males quite often, but when we get violent, who do we hurt? The banks have been screwing blacks over for decades, but who do we shoot? We kill each other. Some when this unsustainable system collapses, it's very likely that Americans will blame each other instead of looking at the Federal Reserve.

Earlier this year, I was convinced that the American people would revolt. As of November 10th, 2010, it looks like I was wrong. I don't see any meaningful political change. And I highly doubt that the American people would have the balls to fight the government. Frankly, I don't have much to lose. I'm a poor, black, 29 year old college grad who never had enough resources to worry about losing anything. I never really felt apart of this country. For all of the life, I've always been a "nigger" living in America. So watching this country collapse will not have the same effect on me as most people who consider themselves to be Americans. Perhaps Americans have a greater attachment and investment in this country's future. Perhaps they will surprise me.

Anything is possible. What do you think?

Mystery Missile/Object in California?

CBS affiliate KCBS capture a mysterious object launching into the sky off the coast of California. Most people assumed that it was a missile or a rocket. But it's slow speed made some people doubt that it was a missile. At first, the military claimed that they didn't know if it was a friendly or enemy missile, then after 12 hours of speculation by bloggers across the world, the military is claiming that it isn't a missile. The military had no clue. And now, LiveScience is claiming that it was likely a jet contrail. Well, why didn't our missile figure that out.

As of 12:00am ET November 10th, this is what we know.

Ian Gregor, a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration said, "We did not approve any commercial space launches in that area for Monday, and any additional information should come from NORAD. That's pretty much all I can say right now." U.S. Missile Defense Agency has gone on record to say that it is "not an MDA test or launch." NORAD is also clueless. No agency within the U.S. government seems to be able to explain what's going on. So I'm asking you.

What do you this this is in the video?

Is this a UFO, chemtrail, missile, rocket, military experiment, commercial aircraft?

Notice the flash in the original video. Check it out yourself.

And watch my video commentary on the whole situation.

Psyops: False Flag, Warships and Nuclear Holocaust!

Today, Obama began his international tour through India. He announced a trade deal with India that may produce tens of thousands of jobs for Americans. If this is true, I welcome the good news. But at this point, I don't believe anything he says. Speaking of which, I don't buy the rumors that Obama will be bringing 34 warships with him on his trip to India. This rumor is based on a infor from the Trust of India, a source I wouldn't trust. The Examiner is also running with this, but the Pentagon has outright rejected the notion, calling it "comical."

There's be a recent wave of disinformation over the last 3 days. First, Clif High (of the webbot project) claimed that a tipping point was approaching and that the tension would start to build on November 5th, 2000 2:30pm PT, then a conspiracy video about a possible terrorist attack surfaces on youtube. What's next? The video claims that the Fox tv series "The Simpsons" predicted the events of September 11th, 2001 and was now forecasting a nuclear attack on a major U.S. city. If you want the silly details, I'll provide the video below.

In the episode, a nuclear explosion is created by the police, sending a clock into Homer Simpson's yard. The clock has a hand on the 11 and the 6. The author of the video claim that the outline of the clock represents the number 10. So when you put the numbers 6, 11 and 10 together, what do you get? 11-6-10. The author thinks there could be a false flag attack on 11-6-10.

Why not 6-11-10 or 10-6-11? This is the type of paranoid foolishly that arises every fall. Remember last year when a crazy pastor said that there was an atomic bomb underneath Washington D.C. and that it was set to go off on October 25th, 2009. Well, that day came and pass. Watch the video below.

This is fear-mongering of the worse kind.

Now, people are worked up over a nuclear scare on November 6th, 2010. Let me be clear, I did (and still do) expect a terrorist (false flag) event and a dollar collapse this year. I made my prediction as a guess based on current events last year. I never claimed to be a pyshic or an expert. I was making an educated guess.

But there's a big difference between me saying that I am concerned about this happening and the scare-mongering on the net. I encourage people to prepare for an emergency in an empowering way. I don't try to scare people with baseless claims. There is no evidence that someone is going to set off a nuclear bomb on November 6th, 2010. Absolutely none. This video is based on paranoid, not facts. And I'm sick of it. It's ridiculous and counter-productive. I also think it's interesting that the 34-warships-to-India article was being used to support the "6 November 2010: False Flag Attack POSSIBLE PREDICTIVE PROGRAMMING" video. The fear is spreading based on misinformation.

If I had to guess, I would have to guess that this is a pysops (Psychological Operation). Someone is trying to pull our collective chains. I think the controllers (power elite) put this nonsense out there to keep us in a state of fear, so that they can better control us. This is also a good tactic to use if someone was actually planning a false flag, because they could spread so much false information that no one would be able to discover any real information.

What's NEXT for America?!

I was wrong about a couple of races. I wrong about Nevada being smart enough to ditch Harry Reid, but I was right about virtually everything else. I correctly predicted that the Republicans would gain 60 seats in the House, but was wrong about my 9 to 10 seat gain in the Senate. The Democrats' money machine helped them limit their loses in the Senate. The good thing about the Senate is that because the races are so expensive, the incumbent can use his or her clout to collect more corporate cash and flood the expensive airwaves with ads. This helped a number of Democrats.

Nevertheless, Tuesday's elections were a disaster for Democrats. Not only did this electoral tidal wave eclipse the Republican Revolution of 1994, but it gave the GOP 6 more Senate seats and will pave the way for the GOP to reclaim the White House, Senate and House in 2012.

I say this because many people seem to believe it was a repeat of 1994. That is not the case. In 1994, we didn't have 17-22% of the population out of work. The U3 official unemployment wasn't 9.6% and the recession was long over. Obama will not have that advantage in 1996. Clinton won the election, because the average American saw an improvement in their income and lifestyle. Based on the 41 million people on food stamps, record unemployment and decline in business, the average American will not be reliving that experience.

The 2010 Exit Polls told the story.

WHITES

60% of whites voted Republican. No Democrat is going to get elected with just 37% of the white vote. 37% isn't even close.

WOMEN

The majority of the voters were women and more of them voted Republican (49%) than Democrat (48%). So don't expect women to rescue Obama in 2012. 56% of women voted for Obama in 2008. He needs to get more support than his party did if he expects to get re-elected. He's probably going to need at least 52%. 53 or 54% if he continues to struggle with men.

LATINOS
Democrats still dominated among Latinos. However, they saw a 7 point drop from 2008.

INDEPENDENTS
60% of White Independents voted Republican, compared to 34% who voted for Democrats.

Here's the wildest poll.
Has anyone in your household lost a job or been laid off in the last two years?
House Vote Democrat House Vote Republican
Yes (31%) 50% 48%
No (69%) 45% 53%

Review the 2008 EXIT POLLS

CONCLUSION
The good news for Obama is that Presidential elections are about match-ups. Yeah, kinda like a NBA playoff game. Or a boxing match. Except the players in this contest have no talent. The American people select their leaders based on the economy (the misconception that the President can make the economy better or worse) and personality (the candidate who lies in the most convincing matter). If the average Joe or Jane were smarter and more informed, I would declared Obama a lame duck today. But if Bush and Reid can get re-elected, there's no reason why Obama can't.

Do you think Obama will get re-elected? I think he has a 40% chance of being re-elected. If I had to predict the next President, I would predict Mitch Daniels, Rick Perry or Jeb Bush to be the next President. Would if matter if Obama is re-elected or replaced? Not really.

SIDE NOTE: I think Obama would benefit from a terrorist attack. A nuclear bomb would be most useful because of the shock factor. And since Obama is going to be leaving D.C. and the rest of the politicians will not be there either. Well, I'm just saying. November 2010 would be a good opportunity for the controllers if they are evil enough to do murder a million innocent people. Why a terrorist attack? If it worked for Bush, why wouldn't the controllers try it for Obama? Obama could also use a war as a distraction. I would hate to see this happen, but I wouldn't be surprised.

2010 Election: There Will Be Blood

By (DEMCAD) Reginald Kaigler

For those of you who care. I'll be tweeting tomorrow on election night starting at 8pm ET.

Anyway, the Democrats are in big trouble. It's uglier by the hour. Check out RealClearPolitics.com

Dems 167 seats
GOP 224 seats
Toss Up 44 seats

Seriously, when you look at the turn out models, my predictions are looking better and better.

I think the GOP will clear +60 seats easily. If that happens, the Dems will have about 194.

When you look at the points, 194 isn't even the worse case scenario.

They could easily lose 70 seats. The Democrats would have to win 30 out of the 44 toss up seats just to get to 197. And judging by Gallup's turnout party ID polls, that doesn't look remotely realistic. Gallup's generic ballot poll of 1,539 likely voters shows 52% to 55% of likely voters preferring the GOP candidate and 40% to 42% for the Dems. 15-percentage-point lead among likely voters. 15 POINTS. Wow! When polling registered voters, the GOP only has a 4% advantage. But the likely voters are more relevant than the registered voters.

At this point, my 60-seat prediction doesn't seem very rosy for the GOP. It's appears to be ... conservative.

NEVADA (Sharron Angle v. Harry Reid)

This race is still a tie, with Angle holding a slim (statistically insignificant) lead in the PPP (Angle +1) and FOX News/POR-Rasmussen (angle +3) polls. These are likely voters. The Public Policy Polling shows that Reid has a 50-46 lead with early voters, but there is evidence that the poll maybe too optimistic for Reid.

Early voting is showing the GOP closing the registration gap. There are 60,000 more registered Democrats in Nevada than Republicans. Democrats only had a 6,000 vote advantage in early voting.

The PPP shows that the race is widening for the people who wil vote tommorrow. Angle leads by a 48-40 margin.

So I'm calling it. Harry Reid is toast.

WASHINGTON (Dino Rossi vs. Patty Murray)

I maybe wrong about this one. That Washington Senate seat is too call to close. The GOP candidate, Rossi, is putting up a better fight than I expected. The race is a dead heat. I still think Murray (D) will pull this one out. She was leading for most of October and i think she will benefit from early voting.

PENNSYLVANIA (Joe Sestak vs. Pat Toomey)

Quinnipiac has GOP Senate candidate (Pennsylvania) Toomey leading Democrat Sestak 50 to 45. Toomey has a commanding leads 13 point lead among independents. Republican Tom Corbett also has a 10 point lead in the Governor's race, so this will only make things worse for Sestak.
With Toomey capturing 52% of the independent vote compared to Sestak's 39 percent, I think it's safe to call this race a lock for the GOP.

ILLINOIS (Giannoulias vs. Kirk)

Both PPP (D) and FOX News/POR-Rasmussen have Republican Kirk up by 4%. By since this is a blue state, I'll give an extra 2% for turnout. But I still think Giannoulias will lose. First, Obama popularity is decreasing in his own state. Second, people are angry about Obamacare. Third, Giannoulias is a white Democrat battling both a Republican and a black liberal (LeAlan Jones). Green Party LeAlan Jones gaining 6% of the electorate. If you're a white Democrat, you can't afford to have a black liberal in the race when you're battling a Republican in the middle of a anti-Democratic wave election. Democrats need blacks to win, period!

According to FOX News/POR-Rasmussen, Kirk is polling 46% and Giannoulias is carrying 42%. kirk has the edge in favorable and voter loyalty poll questions.

CONNECTICUT (McMahon vs. Blumenthal)

This Senate race is over! McMahon is toast. She's down by 9 to 11 points. Congratulations Blumenthal.

COLORADO (Buck vs. Bennet)

This race is close. PPP has Republican Ken Buck up by just one point. It's a statistical tie. But Buck's approval ratings is significantly higher than Michael Bennet’s job performance. Buck has a 44% approval rating, which isn't impressive. But with only 39% of the likely voters approving of Michael Bennet’s job performance, I don't see how he can get re-elected. Here's a rule that has served me well: When you're approval ratings are in the thirties, you lose!

The only exception is when you're running against Hitler. Actually, even Hitler won some elections. Sorry Bennet. You're out!

2010 Election Preview and Predictions

DEMCAD (Reginald Kaigler)

PREDICTIONS

First, these elections will change nothing. And this article is more about entertainment than politics. The Republican and Democratic Party are two wings on the same bird.

Anyway, Real Clear Politics is reporting "Seats Continue to Move to GOP; Avg Gain 65, Tossup Range 45-85." And judging by the number of surging Republican candidates in both the House and Senate, I think we're going to have a GOP gain of at least 60 seats in the House and 8 in the Senate. Actually, I'm starting to think that the Republicans can get 9 or 10 seats in the Senate. I think we'll see a 50-50 Senate. Joe Biden will be the tie breaker. Don't forget, I'll be tweeting on election night. Follow me on Twitter.

So what's going to happen after the elections?
The GOP will engage in grandstanding, but fail to reverse Obamacare. They would need 60 votes in the Senate to get anything done. And the GOP is more likely to stall until they get more votes in 2012 and retake the White House. They are not going to risk pissing people off by cutting entitlements, cutting the spending, ending the corporate-driven wars or defaulting on the debt. But the good news is that Obama's ability to harm the nation will be limited.

I see CO, IL, NV and PA will going red.

WA and CA will stay blue.

WV Senate is all over the place. Democratic Governor Joe Manchin is in danger of losing in WV, but his popularity makes me believe that he'll prevail. However, this state did support McCain by a healthy margin.

NEVADA (Sharron Angle v. Harry Reid)
Angle is pulling ahead of Reid. He's far too unpopular to be re-elected to anything. Plus, McCain will have Angle win more Independents. History will be made and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will lose his seat.

GOP MONEY WOMEN

Newsweek produced an amusing article entitled, "These Moneywomen Might Have Too Much Baggage: Why aren’t voters warming to these three self-financed candidates?" Of course, this article is referring to Carly Fiorina, Meg Whitman and Linda McMahon. All of which are running for the U.S. Senate (or Governor) with an enormous amount of personal funds to drive their campaigns. Meg Whitman, former eBay CEO and executive for The Walt Disney Company, is trailing her Democratic opponent. Carly Fiorina, former CEO of HP and executive at AT&T, is trailing. McMahon, former CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment, is down by double digits. Whitman has sent 141 million dollars of her own money trying to become the Governor of California.

So why are they struggling? Simply put, they're not very good candidates. Let's start with Meg Whitman. She was busted hiring an illegal immigrant for housekeeping. Whitman isn't particularly likable or appealing.

Carly Fiorina isn't running a very good campaign. Boxer has done a fabulous (yes, I'm using that word) job of portraying Fiorina as incompetent and anti-working class.

Keep in mind that both of these candidates are running in liberal California. So the deck is stacked against them. They needed to distinguish themselves as credible and able to implement a meaningful economic plan. And so far, they have failed. McMahon never had a prayer in CT. It's more blue than a Michigan teacher's Union.

All three women lacked the appeal that would draw voters in (Sarah Palin definitely has this), the type of personality that would allow them to make a connection with the voters and a coherent campaign and a clear economic plan. Whitman has the best chance to win, but I predict that all three with lose.

TEA PARTY

The Tea Party will do better than most analysts expected. However, half of the members are just using the label to win their races and the other half will be marginalized in Washington. Yeah, I know. I'm a cynical bastard.

Christine O'Donnell however is very likable, but her credibility has been damaged by a number of incidents in her past. The polls show her closing, but in a blue state like Delaware, GOP candidates must do better than her campaign.

What are your predictions?

Marc Faber: Q2, Q3 and Much More!

DEMCAD (Reginald Kaigler)

Marc Faber said what everyone's thinking (or at least myself), nothing will change after the election. The quantitative easing will continue. He's convinced that there will be a Q3, Q4 and more. Oh Joy! These idiots aren't going to stop printing dollars until the bloody end. And by bloody, I mean blood. When the dollar finally dies. Millions of Americans will lose everything. And this will be the beginning of civil unrest.

Although, I should warn you that he also sees a pullback in precious metals. Personally, I don't care if the price drops, silver holds value no matter what. The good thing about a drop in the price of silver is that it'll be easier to acquire it. By the way, if you do decide to buy silver and gold, you may want to demand delivery. Because if there is a crisis, it may prove to be difficult for you to claim your metals. Just a thought.

DEMCAD Report: 99ers becoming Desperate! Too Poor for College!

DEMCAD Report: 99ers becoming Desperate! Too Poor for College!

CBS' 60 Minutes sent one of it's reporters to Silicon Valley (among other places) to interview dozens of 99ers about

Mary Anne Rose was a financial analyst at a real estate firm, when she and 100 other people were laid off. She's been out of work for over two years. She's 54 years old, she lost her home and spent all of her savings. What's surprising to me is that a 52 old financial analyst could send all of her savings in just two years. Maybe it's just me, but you would expect a financial analyst to be better prepared at her age.

Anyway, the reporter stood in front of 100 or so 99ers (mostly middle age people who have been unemployed for at least 99 weeks) and asked him, "How many of you have college degrees?"

Virtually everyone in the room had a four year degree. At least 40% had a master's degree.

The meeting felt like a 12 steps program and the desperation was stunning. There were professionals hoping to work for 9 dollars a hour/ part time. I don't care what anyone says, this recession is much different from anything this country has experienced in the last half of century. This is getting scary.

One couple couldn't afford to send their son to college. So now he's planning on joining the military. Obviously, it was not his first choice. And it looks like he'll have to risk his life to have a chance at college. Frankly, given the current economic and political environment, going into the military could end up being a major risk.

So do you think the military is a good idea for young people right now?DEMCAD Report

Dr. Bernanke: or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Economic Holocaust

Goldman Sachs is declaring that the Federal needs to produce and inject $4 Trillion dollars into the economy. Why not $40 Trillion? Or $4 quadrillion? If we're going to tank the currency, why don't we go all out with our insanity.

Don't worry about the U.S. dollar's recent flash crash. Sure, the dollar index collapse after trading hours, but I'm sure everything is okay. Although, I would hate to be those poor bastards with a $75 stop-loss, because the dollar quickly recovered. Ouch!

Speaking of which, what happened to that recovery? The NBER declared that the recession ended in the summer of 2009. Nevermind the fact the jobs never came back or that over 1/8 of the population is on a government anti-poverty program. At least, the financials are doing better. Oh wait, the derivative nightmare is still playing out, the banks aren't lending to small businesses and the smaller banks are still going up in smoke. 7 more banks failed last friday, bringing the total number to 139 for this year. We're on pace to shatter last year's dramatic rise. And who can forget about foreclosuregate? Big, greedy, corrupt, banks trying to foreclosure on houses that they don't actually own.

A friend of mine called me up the other day and complained that he had 500 channels, but couldn't find one good scary movie. I told him to stop watching TV, start reading the news and tell me if he can't find anything scary.

Happy Halloween!

DEMCAD Report: Keep the Degree, I want my Money Back!

By Reginald Kaigler

College students are feeling the heat. Millions of college graduates are facing a brutal reality. Many of them spent too much money on an education that will give them too little. Recently a BC Law student offered to surrender his degree in exchange for his tuition. The poor guy writes,

“We are discouraged, scared, and in many cases, feeling rather hopeless about our chances of ever getting to practice law.”

Well, that's not a chance in hell he's going to see his money again. If the university give him his money back, others would follow suit. And frankly, colleges and universities are in the business of receiving revenue, not giving it back.

On the Global Front, China and Russia are growing into even greater world powers. As of today, Russia is the only country that exports more than 10 million barrels of oil each day. China produces over 90% of the rare earth metals worldwide. As America declines, Russia and China make take its place as the world's super powers. But will Russia by able to continue its amazing oil production? Will China find a way to sell all of its goods once the American consumers are too poor to buy them? And how will the Chinese feed all of those people?

Last Warning!

By Reginald Kaigler

First, Ratigan's rant about Muslims and terrorism was just great. It was funny how the producers scrambled to end his rant and change the subject.

LAST WARNING!

Over the last two years, I've issued more warnings than the Department of Homeland Security. I've made more videos than Osama Bin Laden. I've used all of my projects (the online radio, my youtube channel and this blog) to rise awareness about the current economic situation and the need to prepare for the inevitable economic disaster. Will it be a dollar crisis, a terrorist attack, a deflationary depression or hyperinflation? I don't know. But I do believe that the need to be prepared for an emergency is as great now as it has ever been.

So let me issue one last warning before the upcoming elections.

First, this election will change nothing. There is no evidence that the Republicans have any intention of changing this nation's reckless and suicidal course. they will continue the spending. They'll just spend the money on different junk. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will continue just as they did when the Democrats took over in 2006.

Second, the Federal Reserve will not be able to save the federal government from its massive deficits. It will not be able to produce more money without creating an hyper-inflationary crisis. The dollar is grave trouble, unemployment is getting worse, local and state governments are collapsing and we are not going to avoid a very serious economic winter.

You must try to prepare for what's coming. My plans aren't perfect, but at least I have one.

Do you have enough food to last you at least one month?

What about water? Medicine? Antibiotics? First aid?

How will you protect your goods?

Here are some videos that I've produced that will help you get started.

The Banks are DEAD!

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Reginald Kaigler (DEMCAD)

This story is so awesome. The banks tried to screw the Earls, but they turned things around and nailed the bank. They fail behind on their mortgage, hired an attorney to work out a new payment plan, but the bank hit them with excessive fees and tried a rush default. The bank changed the locks and tried to bully the owners out of their home. But then they broke into the house, change he locks and reclaimed the home.

She tried to pay the bank some cash, but it never credited her with the cash. The bank was making the numbers up. At this point, the family doesn't even know which bank actually owns the house. Banks are getting so desperate that they are sending goons to break into people houses and change the locks when the house isn't even in foreclosure.

What's happening here?

The foreclosure system being exploited by banks that are actively engage in corruption and fraud.

Bottom line: We have at least 40 million houses in which no one knows who owns what.

The housing market is completely DEAD!
We're talking about a 45 Trillion dollar loss.

When the skeletons are coming out of the closet, the truth will be obvious. It's not just the foreclosures, it's the entire system. The big corrupt banks are engaged in organized crime.

132 Banks have Failed this Year! More to Come!

You may also want to check out Gerald Celente's latest interview on the Jeff Rense show. I'll embed the videos on this site. Meanwhile, the dollar index continues to show the dollar's decline. Don't worry, Paul Krugman is coming to the rescue. He's convinced that we need 8 to 10trillion dollars for quantitative easing. When will the madness end?

In other news, 11 U.S. led troops were killed in Afghanistan recently. Once agains, insurgents used a bomb attack to strike the Americans. And last, three more U.S. banks closed on Friday. As of this October 16th, 2010, 132 banks have failed this year. 140 failed late year.

I'm still worried that my 300+ bank failure is still in the cards.

DEMCAD Report: U.S. Dollar on it's Death Bed?

The dollar continues to struggle against the yen and euro. Silver and gold are still gaining. It looks like the dollar is in serious trouble. The entire U.S. dollar is a debt system. The American people slave for a dollar that isn't back by anything by our sweat. The currency is not linked to a hard asset like gold or silver. It's value stems from confidence. Essentially, the dollar's worth comes from two places.

1) Petrol Value
(The only way a nation can purchase oil is with the Federal Reserve notes. This makes the dollar a necessarily if you want energy.)

2. American Labor
(The American people's willingness to work, pay taxes and allow the U.S. government to put them into debt.)

The problem is that investors (and other countries) have no incentive to support the dollar, because the United States fiscal and monetary policy is makes it clear that the U.S. has no intention of ever paying this money back. And when you have a debt system, you always have more debt than dollars, so the practical value of the currency is always in question. As long as investors believe that the government will pay back the debt, the system can function.

What's happening with the dollar is obvious. The federal government has borrowed trillions of dollars to bail out Wall Street criminals, local governments, fund the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and expand it's power in sectors of the economy. Simply put, the government has written a cash that can't be cashed. It has put itself (and the American people) in a situation where we will not be able to pay our debts. In essence, the Federal Reserve system has put the American people into slavery.

What's happening with the Economy

1. The Stimulus Package failed.
(Not only did it fail to create jobs in an efficient manner, but the government was caught lying about the numbers.)

2. Unemployment Remains High
(Although, there has been some slight signs of life in the private sector, the growth in jobs was not enough to keep the U.S. up with population. So in actuality, we're still losing jobs. The biggest change is that now more unemployed people have given up looking for work.)

3. The Middle Class is Shrinking
Now, 1 out of 7 Americans are living in poverty. Over 41 million Americans are receiving food stamps.

4. The Dollar is Decling
(The U.S. dollar dipped to 81.07 against the yen. This is a fresh 15 year low. The stock market is rising while the dollar is dropping against almost everything.)

5. Local Governments are falling apart.
(We lost over 50,000 teachers last month. And that was only a small part of the exodus in the public sector.)

So what does all of this mean?

It means you better be taking steps to protect yourself, because things are about to get rough. i highly recommend you watch my video "The Prepper's Emergency List" to get an idea on how to get started.
